# Introduction to Frontpage
Frontpage is another website publishing tool. Frontpage Express 2013 is a Web design tool that allows a novice user to create a very basic website with an interactive look and feel.
The following text is a screenshot of Frontpage Express 2013. It should be noted that it is not available for download from Frontpage.com, nor is it available on the Windows Store.
The tools in this program are easy to use, and the learning curve for a novice user is shallow. There are three application modes.
* Draft: This is the raw, untouched HTML code for the website.
* Design: This view provides a visual layout guide, such as the website in Figure 1-18, on the left.
* Publish: This view enables the website design to be displayed on a monitor or viewed on a device, such as a mobile phone or tablet.
**Figure 1-18** Frontpage Express 2013 Designer view.
The steps for creating a website with Frontpage are as follows:
1. In the Draft view, right-click on the desired page and choose New Page.
2. Double-click on the new page.
3. This view adds a blank page for you to create the website from.
4. Figure 1-19 shows the web page that you will be creating.
**Figure 1-19** Frontpage web page.
5. Double-click on each of the tabs at the bottom of the screen. It is easy to change the colors and effects of text and backgrounds.
## Real World
It is recommended that you start with a blank page and use the intuitive preview option to access the design and create the page.
To save the webpage as a file, right-click in the page you have created and choose Save As. This will display the Save As dialog in Figure 1-20.

Read our full review for the full details, but in a nutshell, Elements is a best-in-class alternative to Photoshop.
There’s a reason that some of the world’s most successful companies operate in the world of professional design: it can be a lot of work to produce something from scratch. On top of that, sometimes you just want a quicker, cheaper way of producing a high-quality image or image-based asset that you can use in a professional setting.
When you’re creating images, there are two general uses: the first is when you’re editing something that you’re adding to an existing online project, and the second is when you’re designing something entirely for yourself.
For the latter, it’s just easier to edit images in a way that you’re familiar with. But when you’re editing for the first type of project, you need something that’s faster to edit, easier to use and simpler than Photoshop.
There are many excellent free alternatives to Photoshop for these purposes. But for the prosumer to professional user, there’s an alternative that really makes the most of the Photoshop toolbox – Elements.
In this guide, we’ll take a look at everything you need to know about Elements and help you decide if it’s right for you.
What’s in Elements?
If you’re a Photoshop user, then you know what Photoshop is all about. It’s a very powerful image editing tool, and Adobe have taken a lot of care to make it faster to use and more intuitive.
Elements on the other hand is much simpler to use and the interface is stripped back to what it should be – nothing more, nothing less. It doesn’t handle layers, for example, and if you want to do more than stick a square on top of another, you’ll need Photoshop instead.
That said, you won’t need any advanced Photoshop techniques to edit images in Elements: you can do everything that you need to do, but you won’t get much more for your money than what you do get with Photoshop.
What’s New in Adobe Photoshop Elements 2019?
In case you hadn’t noticed, we haven’t been reviewing Elements since 2017 and the latest version of Photoshop, PSM7,

Karin Zinga Abundo () is a South Sudanese politician. She was appointed State Minister for Foreign Affairs in the cabinet of president Salva Kiir Mayardit on 8 July 2014. Prior to that, she served as State Minister for Higher Education.
Zinga was a member of the African Union from 2012 to 2014. She is also a member of the Southern Sudan People’s Liberation Movement.
Life and career
Zinga was born in Rumbek, in the greater Upper Nile region. She earned a BSc in biochemistry from James Cook University, in Townsville, Australia. She obtained a Master of Science in Epidemiology from the University of Notre Dame in 2000.
Zinga worked as a microbiologist for several years and, in 2006, as a Senior Researcher in Biochemistry at the Horn of Africa Regional Biotechnology Training Centre in Sudan, working on tuberculosis and malaria diagnostics and vaccine development. She also worked as a Specialist in Biochemistry at the Kenya Medical Research Institute from 2010 to 2014.
She joined the Southern Sudan People’s Liberation Movement/Army (SPLM/A) in the early 2000s.
Zinga was a prominent campaigner for self-determination and independence for southern Sudan. She was a member of the African Union from 2012 to 2014.
In July 2014, Zinga was appointed to the new cabinet of president Salva Kiir Mayardit, replacing HJ Riek Machar, who had left to re-create his government in Juba. Zinga, as Minister for Foreign Affairs, was mandated to negotiate an end to the 2013–14 Southern Sudanese civil war.
On 26 April 2015, Zinga said in a BBC interview that all western efforts to solve the ongoing conflict in South Sudan was misguided, and that the UN was “systematically killing our people”.
Zinga has two sons.

What’s New in the Adobe Photoshop 2021 (Version 22.2)?
Endocrine-disrupting effects of diethyl phthalate on reproduction in the zebrafish (Danio rerio).
Diethyl phthalate (DEP) is a compound used as a plasticizer in the manufacturing process of many plastics. Although it is known to be an endocrine disruptor and teratogen, its effects on fish reproduction have not been previously studied. In this study, zebrafish were exposed to 0.0001, 0.001, 0.01, 0.1, or 1mg/L (equivalent to 0.0001, 0.00015, 0.001, 0.015, 0.15, and 1µg/L in fish) of DEP in their dechlorinated tap water, from fertilization until sexual maturation and investigated for their reproductive effects. Male and female zebrafish exposed to DEP during larval stages to sexual maturity showed higher levels of liver metabolism enzymes, and liver metabolism of estrogen and androgen changed significantly and progressively. A decreased number of newly laid eggs per adult zebrafish was detected in DEP-treated groups, and an increased fertilization time was noted in DEP-exposed eggs. Females of DEP-treated groups showed a lowered level of circulating estrogens and androgens and decreased fecundity. These findings demonstrated that DEP may have adverse effects on reproduction in zebrafish and that the mechanism is probably mediated by its effects on liver metabolism of sex steroids. The need for hydrogen or other gases for use as a fuel or in chemical processes, including the production of electricity by fuel cells, has increased considerably in recent years. However, the natural gas and oil which are the most plentiful sources of gas available are not always suitable for conversion to hydrogen and other gases because of the high cost of the process of producing hydrogen from these fuels and the cost of transporting the hydrogen over long distances from the well site to the point of use.
Hydrogen can be produced from steam reformed natural gas and most refinery gas, because of their high concentration of carbon monoxide and other impurities which may be treated by the processes of the present invention. Hydrogen can also be produced from coal without resort to the high temperature reaction required for steam reforming and without the need for a high temperature shift reactor. According to U.S. Pat. No. 3,897,349, hydrogen can be produced from coal by thermal gasification at a temperature in excess of 1550.degree. C. However,
