Logical Database Diagrams
Microsoft CRM relational database design concept of a relational database model uses the concept of
transactional data. This type of data is created, edited, and erased in a consistent manner. Transactional data
is usually used to maintain real-time data (e.g., transactions) or save data for later use. This kind of data is
typically the most frequently used in an organization. Every effort should be made to make sure that the data
that gets stored in the system is valid and is accurate. This data should be user-friendly and should reflect
as close to reality as possible. Microsoft SQL Server or Microsoft Access’s Transaction Log can be used to store
information about transaction data.

What’s New in the CRM Logical Database Diagrams?

The logical database diagram shows the structure for the “Crm 3.0” database.
The logical database is where “CRM” operations are executed, and all of the three entities are supported,
including the entities found in the “Users” database. For example, when you save a record in the Crm 3.0 database,
the record is saved in the “Crm 3.0” database (in “Inheritance” mode). The “Users” database is used as the data foundation,
and is the target data store for CRM application user accounts.
The Sales Force Automation Entities (SFA) shows the record structure for the “Salesforce.com” service
(Sales Cloud, Salesforce.com, or Service Cloud) hosted applications. It is used for Salesforce CRM
customer accounts. The “Salesforce.com” record in CRM is currently used for saving Case and Contracts.
The Salesforce.com records are stored in the Salesforce.com data store, while the “Crm 3.0” record
is stored in the “Crm 3.0” data store.
The Logical Database Diagram allows you to see the structure of “CRM” objects that are associated
with each other and other objects in the system.
